We did what most people do. We went looking for a wooden board. Something natural. Something safe. Something we wouldn't have to replace every twelve months.

And we ship it in plastic-free packaging, because it didn't make sense to build a board that eliminates plastic from your kitchen and then wrap it in the stuff.
